I’ve shopped here before and it used to feel more worth it, but lately the prices don’t seem as competitive. Some items were cheaper on other sites, and once shipping was added, it just didn’t feel like a great deal anymore

I just had a simple question, but it took days to get a reply. I get that teams get busy, but it felt like my message was just sitting there while no one really bothered to check it.

The return process was really simple, and my refund came through after a few days. Took a little bit, but it all got sorted in the end.

I tend to use miscota because, more often than not, they seem to have the pet food I’m looking for when other places don’t. I can’t say it’s always the case, but generally I’ve had better luck finding my usual brands there.
There have been a couple of times where a certain flavour wasn’t available or had a longer delivery wait, but from what I remember, it was shown clearly on the product page. So it wasn’t really a surprise or anything.
Overall, I’d say they’re reliable for stock. Maybe not perfect, but I usually manage to find what I need without too much messing around.

The delivery was fine overall, just not super fast. It showed up late once, which was a little annoying, but most of the time it’s been reliable enough for me. I kind of wonder if they were backed up that day or short on drivers, but who knows

I was really expecting this to arrive in decent condition, but it showed up damaged and felt poor quality overall. Definitely not what I had in mind when I ordered it
